The decadent bakewell tart by Afternoon Tea now available as a one shot concentrate. Believed to have been created accidentally in 1820 at what was Bakewell's the White Horse Inn, the Cherry Bakewell has been tried and tested for nearly 200 years. As a tribute to its heritage, White Horse was the perfect name Bakewell flavour. White Horse is a shortcrust pastry shell beneath layers of cherry jam, frangipane, and a topping of flaked almonds. Why not try our one shot concentrate version of this very British flavour.

    This one was a bit of a shot in the dark for me as I've never tried a cherry liquid before (well, once, but that was nearly 4 years ago), and I read so much about it being a difficult flavour to accurately replicate in mixing. Then, Vanilla Vapes comes in and kicks it out of the park again. On the inhale you'll get a lovely, juicy cherry - in my opinion it's more of a juicy lolly or maybe glace area more than that of a fresh fruit. This swiftly finds itself on a delicate tart and cream base, finished off on the exhale with some (toasted?) almond. It's only been steeping for a week too, I wonder what it's like after a month or so...

    Only had about 5 days steep and probably needs another week...... but even now is probably the best bakewell tart juice I've ever tried!!
    Cherry, pastry, almonds and frangipan there already........ icing needs to come through some more........ but..... it's VERY good and getting better daily

For UK Mainland orders, our standard shipping fee is £1.99 using Royal Mail 48 service. This can be upgraded to express (Royal Mail 24 service) for £2.99 or next day delivery for £3.99.

Orders over £10 in value qualify for free standard delivery. This offer is only available to UK addresses and orders outside of UK Mainland will be subject to additional shipping fees determined by your location.
